Make sure the stamp is cold. You can let it sit in the fridge for some time before you use it.

Heat up the candle wax a little with a heat gun. Gently press this stamp on the wax. This step requires a lot of practice.

An honest tip: Dont lose hope. the more you try, the easier it will be for you to know how hot the wax should get!

The cold stamp will ensure a clean impression and avoid a lot of wax from sticking to the stamp.

It is normal for some wax to stick to the stamp over time. heat it up and wipe it away with a rough cloth of tissue!

Store in a cool, dry and dust free place.

Keep away from direct sunlight and prolonged contact with water.

Clean the brass surface with a soft bristle tooth brush and water. Dab on a cloth on pat it dry immediately.

For wax build up, heat it with a heat gun and wipe away excess wax with cloth or tissue.

For any wax bits stuck inside small nooks of the design, use a needle to gently remove it.

• Do NOT use this stamp on soaps. Direct metal contact with soap ingredients can turn the soap rancid.
• We do not send digital proofs or previews of the stamp unless specially requested within 30 mins of placing the order.
• Detailed designs or fonts cannot be made on candle stamps and hence we work with a font that works well.
• Please practice stamping on non sale pieces to get good impressions before stamping on the final surfaces to avoid wasting finale sale pieces.
• We use authentic and natural wood so the shade and wood grain may differ, making each piece unique.
