INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Our international orders are shipped using Aramex International to a limited number of countries and pin codes. 

You will receive a tracking id on the registered email and will be updated in your order details page from our team once the order is dispatched.

Delivery Timeline

  • All international orders take 5-8 business days to be processed.
  • Once shipped, it will be delivered within 8-17 days depending on the destination country.

Shipping charges will be automatically calculated at checkout along with the selected products in the cart.

Any customs duty charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer while receiving the order. Kindly check your country guidelines for custom duty charges.

 

DELAYED DELIVERY 

Once the package is shipped from our studio, we are dependent on our courier partners for delivering the product. Any delays due to courier partner network issues etc are out of our control. We will raise the ticket for the same to help speed up the resolution but will not be responsible delays caused by the courier partner.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

No returns or exchanges. 

If you received a damaged or wrong product, kindly reach out to us WhatsApp on 9021110900 within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Our team will respond within 24-48 business hours to help you out.

 
WRONG ADDRESS OR CONTACT INPUT

A request to change or modify an address or number will only be accepted before an order has been shipped.

Changes to an address or contact for packages that are already dispatched are not possible. 


We will not be responsible for delivering an order if an incorrect, incomplete address or contact number has been added while placing an order. If a package is returned by our courier partner to us due to this reason, an additional charge of your shipping amount will be applicable as returned package fees followed by a re shipping fee for re dispatching the order against the correct address/phone number provided by you upon further communication.

RTO and shipping charges are to be fully borne by the customer is such a situation. No discounts/ fee waiver will be entertained. The order will not be re dispatched until the fees have been paid. Delays in paying the same will also delay the shipping date of the order.

We will not be responsible for delivery delays due to following reasons: incorrect address or contact input by customer, customer unavailable to collect the package, delay is paying RTO and re shipping fee. 

MISSING PACKAGES & FALSE DELIVERY DISPUTES

If your order has been lost in transit or your tracking says it was delivered but you did not receive it, please email us within 48 hours of the package marked as delivered. We will raise a delivery dispute with out logistics partner.

Requests received for delivery disputes after 48hours will NOT be accepted as we are dependent on the logistics partner’s terms and conditions for the same.

A ticket will be issued with the shipping partner to get proof of delivery and further look into the matter. We are fully dependent on the conclusion received by the shipping partner and will keep you in loop with the same.

We will do our best to find a resolution but will not be held responsible monetarily for lost or stolen packages.

No replacements or refunds will be issued in case of denied disputes by the courier partner.

 

MISSING ITEMS WITHIN THE PACKAGE

If your order has a missing item please email us within 48 hours of the package marked as delivered. We will raise a missing item dispute with our logistics partner.

Requests received for missing item disputes after 48hours of delivery will NOT be accepted as we are dependent on the logistics partner’s terms and conditions for the same.

A ticket will be issued with the shipping partner to and further look into the matter. We are fully dependent on the conclusion received by the shipping partner and will keep you in loop with the same.

An unboxing video will be required as proof to claim any monetary loss of the missing item. 

We will do our best to find a resolution but will not be held responsible monetarily for lost or stolen items.

No replacements or refunds will be issued in case of denied disputes by the logistics partner.
